Thoughtful education begins with feeling understood
Lubin Institute Academy turns complex mental-health knowledge into practical education that individuals and caregivers can use in everyday life. It is led by Dr. Greggy Lubin, a doctoral-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare experience and a calm, practical teaching style. The goal is not to turn learners into clinicians. It's to help them recognize what matters, respond more effectively, communicate better with the care team, and know what to do next.

Nearly two decades in psychiatric care
From rushed appointments to a better system
The Academy exists because of what changed, in three stages, over years of clinical practice.
The problem
For years, I watched complex patients receive care that felt rushed, fragmented, and impersonal, with barely enough time to be heard, let alone understood.
The practice
I built Lubin Institute around the opposite: careful listening, privacy, clear education, individualized planning, and lasting trust for every patient who walks through the door.
The Academy
Lubin Institute Academy extends that same standard into education, turning practical mental health knowledge into something individuals, families, and caregivers can actually use.
