WHO THIS IS FOR

One course, three life stages

If you're a parent supporting a child or teen with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation; a partner supporting a working-age adult through depression, anxiety, or trauma; or an adult child watching a parent's mood, memory, or medication needs change, this course was built around your exact situation.

Children & Teens

Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation.

Working-Age Adults

Depression, anxiety, trauma, major functional change.

Older Adults

When should I monitor, contact a professional, or act immediately?

05

How do I keep caregiving without losing myself?
WHAT'S INSIDE

Nine modules, built module by module with the Pathway

WHAT YOU GET

More Than a Course. A Complete Caregiving System.

Most people forget a video course within a month. This is built to be the opposite — something you keep open in a tab, print out, and reach for in the actual moment you need it.

Here's everything inside:
  • 9 structured modules — a complete path from noticing the first change to sustaining your own well-being, not a random collection of topics
  • 10 clinician-led teaching videos — real instruction from Dr. Lubin, not a narrator reading slides
  • Interactive real-life caregiver scenarios — practice the hard conversation before you're actually having it
  • The full Caregiver Action Binder — 23 practical tools you can print, fill out, and bring into every appointment
  • Communication and de-escalation scripts — the exact words for moments when you don't have time to think of the right ones
  • Medication and care-team organization tools — walk into every appointment prepared instead of scrambling to remember
  • The Green/Yellow/Red decision framework — know in seconds whether to keep watching, make a call, or act now
  • Certificate of completion — for your own records, or to share with your care team
  • Self-paced access — learn on your schedule, and come back to any module the moment you actually need it again

Dr. Greggy Lubin

Practical education from someone who does this work every day
I'm Greggy Lubin, a DNP-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and U.S. Army Reserve Major. I built this Academy because I kept seeing caregivers and families handle enormously difficult situations with no real preparation, and I wanted to change that.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this course for?

If you're supporting someone through a mental health, behavioral, or cognitive change — a child, a partner, a parent, or a friend — this course was built for you. It doesn't matter whether you're a parent navigating a teenager's anxiety, a spouse worried about someone who won't get help, or an adult child watching a parent's memory change. The course follows three life stages so you can go straight to what applies to you.

Can I take it if I don't know my loved one's diagnosis?

Yes — most caregivers start here. You don't need a diagnosis to notice that something has changed. This course teaches you to observe and describe what you're seeing clearly, so you walk into the next conversation with a clinician more prepared, not the other way around.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. This is education, not individualized psychiatric treatment, and enrolling doesn't create a clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Lubin or Lubin Institute. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Does the course cover children, adults, and older adults?

Yes. The course is built around three life stages — children and teens, working-age adults, and older adults — because a 16-year-old's anxiety and an 80-year-old's memory changes don't call for the same response. Start with the path that matches your situation.

Does it include medication education?

Yes, with real boundaries. Module 6 teaches you how to track medications, prepare for appointments in five minutes, and ask sharper questions — not how to adjust a dose. You'll be informed, not in the prescriber's seat.

What does the course teach about safety or crisis situations?

Module 7 teaches the Green/Yellow/Red framework — a simple way to tell whether a situation calls for ordinary support, a call to a professional, or immediate action. You'll build your own Caregiver Safety & Escalation Plan before you need it. If you or someone you love is in crisis right now, call or text 988 or call 911.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. You'll receive a Certificate of Completion for The Mental Health Caregiver Toolkit once you finish the course and the final assessment — useful for your own records or to share with your care team.

What is the refund policy?

This is a digital product, so refunds are considered for duplicate charges or a verified access issue that can't be resolved, as outlined in the Terms of Purchase shown at checkout.

Education, Not Treatment

The Mental Health Caregiver Toolkit provides general education and caregiver skills training. It does not provide diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, individualized medical advice, or emergency care. Enrollment does not establish a clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Lubin or Lubin Institute.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone.

Whatever's changed — a child who won't talk, a partner who's stopped sleeping, a parent who's not quite themselves — you don't need a diagnosis to start, and you don't have to wait for the next crisis to feel prepared. The Mental Health Caregiver Toolkit gives you the framework, the scripts, and the tools to know what to notice, what to say, and when to get help.
